1. Services

Aurelian Freight LLC provides international logistics coordination, sourcing support, freight planning, documentation assistance, and delivery coordination services ("Services"). We operate as a logistics coordinator, not as a licensed customs broker, carrier, or freight forwarder unless explicitly stated in a written agreement.

2. No Guarantee of Outcome

While we work diligently to coordinate and support your shipments, we do not guarantee specific delivery dates, customs clearance outcomes, or costs. International logistics involves multiple third parties (suppliers, warehouses, carriers, customs authorities) beyond our direct control.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information about products, suppliers, destinations, and requirements. Clients are also responsible for compliance with applicable import/export laws, taxes, duties, and regulations in their destination country.

4. Payments and Fees

Service fees, payment terms, and any third-party costs (freight, warehousing, duties) will be agreed upon in writing before work begins. All fees are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aurelian Freight LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services or this Site. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by the client for the specific service in question.

6. Website Use

This Site is provided "as is" for informational purposes. We make no warranties about the accuracy or completeness of the content. The contact form on this Site prepares an email in your mail client; no data is stored on our servers through this form.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
